Marsh has named Tom Davies as head of placement for the UK as one of a string of senior appointments in its placement leadership.

Davies moves to the position from his previous role as global CEO of Bowring Marsh, the broker’s international placement business, and will report to global head of placement John Donnelly and CEO of Marsh McLennan UK Chris Lay.
