CFC group CEO David Walsh is to leave the business in January 2024, following an investigation by Lloyd’s into allegations of non-financial misconduct at the company.

CFC Underwriting CEO Graeme Newman will also step down and depart the firm in April 2024.

It is understood that the misconduct allegations were not directed against Walsh and Newman as individuals but at the company as a whole.
