Most insurance employees experiencing sustained periods of anxiety, stress and depression are not making use of mental health services provided by employers, according to research from the Nick Kilhams Foundation (NKF).

The survey found that 66% of respondents did not seek workplace support during periods of anxiety, stress or depression.
