James Baum is to step down from his role as Aon’s global head of wholesale and specialty as the firm restructures its Global Broking Centre (GBC) in London.

The GBC will now be led by Mark Parker, supported by Cynthia Beveridge, who was recently appointed as global chief broking officer for commercial risk.
