Helios has hired Jen Tan as head of portfolio strategy, reporting to CEO Martin Reith.

Tan has spent 14 years in the London market. She is currently head of portfolio strategy at Artificial Labs – where Reith is also chairman – and will retain that role in addition to her new post.
