Lloyd’s nears deal to secure One Lime Street until 2041: report

Lloyd’s is on the cusp of signing a deal to remain in its iconic One Lime Street building until 2041 as a result of lengthy talks with landlord Ping An, according to a Sky News report.

The Corporation entered negotiations with Ping An in late 2021 about its future in the building, as this publication revealed at the time.
