Miller has appointed Andreas Bisbas as chairman of marine mutual reinsurance and head of mutual war within the marine team.

Bisbas will report into Phil Wheeler, head of marine at Miller.

Bisbas joins Miller from his current role as managing director of Tsakos Shipping and director of Argosy Insurance Company.
