Brown & Brown’s GRP sues three former employees and Tysers over team lift

Global Risk Partners (GRP), a broker subsidiary of Brown & Brown, has launched legal action against three former employees and Tysers.

GRP’s retail operation and its Birmingham-based Newstead Insurance Brokers have accused former employees Julian Simon, a former statutory director of GRP, Samantha Rundall, former account executive, and Kayleigh Brookes, an assistant broker, of breaking their contractual duties.
