Aon has appointed Mona Barnes as chief claims officer for the Global Broking Centre and the UK, effective as of 30 October.

Barnes, who joins from Swiss Re, will report to James Baum, global head of wholesale and specialty broking within Aon’s commercial risk solutions unit, and Neil Harrison, global chief claims officer.
