Scor cuts Covéa’s holding in company and sells on shares to BNP Paribas Cardif

Scor has bought nine million of its own shares from Covéa under the partial exercise of a call option granted under the agreement entered into by the companies in 2021.

Scor will subsequently sell the shares to BNP Paribas Cardif in an over-the-counter transaction, a move the company said will normalise Scor’s shareholding.
