AI could hinder D&I by amplifying existing biases: Dive In panel

While AI has much potential in helping to find talent from underrepresented communities, there are major concerns it will continue to replicate existing biases if the data on which it draws is inaccurate or unrepresentative, according to Lloyd’s senior diversity, inclusion and wellbeing manager Monica Stancu in a panel at the 2023 Dive In Festival.
