Insurers should be increasingly concerned about a growing number of climate-related legal cases that could set important legal precedents, particularly across D&O and errors and emissions (E&O) policies, according to a new report from Gallagher Re.

The report, titled ‘The Rise of Climate Litigation: A Manageable Risk or Potential Catastrophe?’, explored the increasing levels of climate change litigation.
