Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty (AGCS) has appointed Darren Smart as Allianz Commercial’s head of construction, reporting to global specialty head Gordon Browne.

Smart joins from Liberty Specialty Markets (LSM), where he was global construction practice leader, and will be based in London.
