Miller settles with Cardiff City in Emiliano Sala case

Cardiff City Football Club and Miller have agreed a settlement that will resolve the club’s High Court claim against the broker in connection with the death of footballer Emiliano Sala in 2019.

The club launched a £10mn ($12.4mn) lawsuit against Miller in November last year.

In January 2019, Sala died when the plane he was travelling in disappeared over the English Channel near Alderney in the Channel Islands.
