A new Reverse Mentoring scheme from the people behind the annual Dive In festival is aimed at flipping the traditional top-down mentorship model, by pairing junior staff with senior leaders who are open to new perspectives.

Launching on 3 October after this month’s Dive In festival, the initiative has been conceived to realise the festival’s aim of developing inclusive workplace cultures.
