Howden has added two McGill and Partners brokers to its aviation team, appointing Danny Hubbard as divisional director and Richard Stockley as associate director.

Both Hubbard and Stockley have spent the last three and a half years as partners at McGill and Partners and before that had considerable stints at WTW.
