Lloyd’s general counsel Peter Spires is leaving the Corporation to pursue “fresh challenges” in the Lloyd’s market, with head of legal Claire Schrader assuming the role on an interim basis.

Spires has worked at Lloyd’s for more than 25 years, becoming general counsel and a member of the executive committee in 2016.
