Aon has appointed former Ardonagh executive Graeme MacMillan as chief broking officer for its commercial risk solutions division in the UK.

MacMillan will take up the new role at the beginning of November, leading UK commercial risk solutions broking strategy, and working to strengthen relationships with insurers and develop differentiated products for clients.
