Aventum’s Consilium granted Cayman Islands license

Consilium, the global speciality (re)insurance broking business of the Aventum Group, has been granted a license by the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority (CIMA). 

The broker said its new operation would focus on financial and professional lines, construction and commercial property.

Consilium is led by co-CEOs Paul Richards and James Baird, both formerly of Ed Broking.
