Altamont Capital Partners-backed broking start-up Augment has hired Charlie Love as CFO and Henry Mikrut as head of rating agency advisory.

The business officially launched earlier this month, with access of up to $100mn in funding from Altamont.

This publication revealed in November that former McGill and Partners head of structured solutions Andrew Matson had secured Altamont’s backing for the business.
