Ardonagh has hired Mark Stephenson, head of business development and market relationships at Liberty Specialty Markets (LSM), as it continues to build out its placement function, this publication can reveal.

At LSM, Stephenson was responsible for managing distribution relationships, leading a team of 14 working across $4.8bn of gross written premiums.
