The cost-of-living crisis has led to a significant increase in protest intensity in 2022 and the first quarter of 2023, according to the latest Political Risk Index released by WTW.

WTW's analysis, produced in collaboration with Oxford Analytica, shows that cost-of-living protests are likely to be most intense in relatively wealthy countries.
