Some Lloyd’s firms still lag when it comes to gender parity

According to recent figures, Lloyd’s is closing in on its market-wide female leadership target – but at individual managing agency level, it is clear that there are still some laggards.

The Corporation has set a target for 35% of leadership positions across the market to be held by women by December this year.
