Ash Bathia-led Lloyd’s carrier Probitas is again exploring a sale following efforts to secure a deal around 12-18 months ago, this publication can reveal.

Sources told this publication that management held a round of talks with potential acquirers around a month ago to assess interest in the Saudi Re-backed Lloyd’s business, and a process is expected to follow.
