Ratings agency AM Best has removed CCR Re from review with developing implications following its sale to a consortium of French mutual insurers earlier this month.

AM Best affirmed the financial strength rating of A (Excellent) and the long-term issuer credit rating of “a” (Excellent), and assigned an outlook of stable.
