The ongoing Lloyd’s misconduct tribunal involving former Atrium employee Richard Tomlin has concluded its initial hearing, with a report from The Insurer on the outcome condemned by the Corporation as inaccurate, and leading LMA CEO Sheila Cameron to urge the market not to speculate on the proceedings.

In March last year the Lloyd’s Enforcement Board handed Atrium a £1.05mn fine over charges of discrimination, harassment and bullying, as well as management failure to address the misconduct.
