Ardonagh MGA arm Globe Underwriting has hired Ensurance’s Andy Hogg and Mercia Underwriting’s Simon Careless as the firm continues its aggressive talent-acquisition strategy, this publication can reveal.

Sources said Hogg, who heads a UK construction team at MGA Ensurance, has resigned along with around half a dozen other team members including Luke Tucker.
