Howden has hired WTW’s former head of the climate and resilience hub Rowan Douglas as its climate risk and resilience CEO.

Douglas’ appointment is effective as of 26 June and he will report to group CEO David Howden. He replaces Charlie Langdale, who is moving up to become chair of climate risk and resilience.
