Apollo and Envelop Risk hatching a Lloyd’s SPA for cyber

Apollo and Envelop Risk are working on a Lloyd's special purpose arrangement (SPA) to support their cyber underwriting partnership, through which the two are writing cyber reinsurance in Syndicate 1971, sources told this publication.

The SPA will write cyber reinsurance initially and could progress into insurance.

The partners are engaged with Lloyd's about the initiative and are looking to start it up as soon as possible.
