Aon has appointed Paul Davies vice chair of the company, a position in which he will advise on the risk management landscape and the development of Aon’s risk capital strategy.

The broking veteran has worked at Aon for 35 years, joining the company when the firm he founded, Reinsurance Agency, was acquired by Aon.
