Lloyd’s syndicates which have already started to invest heavily in technological changes outperformed businesses slower to innovate during the market’s ongoing digital transition by six points on combined ratios, according to analysis by WTW.

The broker conducted research of 85% of the Lloyd’s market, separating syndicates into three tiers based on their digital innovation.
