Mexican restaurant chain Wahaca has commenced legal proceedings against QIC Europe in the latest Covid-19 BI dispute hinging on claims aggregation.

In a particulars of claim filed by the restaurant chain at the end of last month, Wahaca said that QIC Europe had wrongfully rejected its claim and not engaged in any discussions as to the quantum of the loss.
