Lloyd's has said it will be looking to ensure syndicates are extrapolating lessons from the Ukraine conflict to others emerging globally as part of its expertise and exposure review of political violence (PV), terrorism and strikes, riots and civil commotion (SRCC) classes.

This came as chief of markets Patrick Tiernan provided more details on the impending review, during a media briefing following a market message that focussed largely on evolving geo-political risks and cyber war coverage.
