TSR predicts below-normal hurricane season for 2023

Tropical Storm Risk (TSR) has predicted that the 2023 hurricane season will see below normal activity.

TSR expects a 25% drop below the 30-year norm for hurricane activity in the North Atlantic. This is in keeping with its forecast in April
