Chaucer names Accenture's Pearce as independent non-executive director

Chaucer has appointed Andrew Pearce as independent non-executive director on the CSL board and the audit, risk and capital, and remuneration and nominations committees.

Pearce joins from Accenture, having spent 16 years with the firm.

He has served as managing director at the consulting firm and has extensive experience in application development and delivery across the telco, finance, defence and government sectors.
