AFL Insurance Brokers’ former director Robert Finch is being sued for fraud, among other charges, in separate cases brought against him by former Cooper Gay CEO Toby Esser in the UK and Zodiac Insurance Services founder David Wash in the US.

Collectively, the claimants are seeking more than $17mn in damages.
