HDI Global combined ratio improves to 93.2% in Q1 as large losses fall

HDI Global posted a Q1 combined ratio of 93.2% and reported operating profits of EUR86mn ($93mn) as large losses decreased compared with Q1 2022.

The combined ratio was a 3-point improvement on the 96.2% reported in the prior-year quarter, coming in below the company’s medium-term target of 95%.
