Investment firm BP Marsh will receive a £51.5mn ($64mn) cash consideration, net of all transaction costs, from the sale of its 18.7% shareholding in Kentro Capital to Brown & Brown.
The deal represents a money multiple on investment of 3.41x and an internal rate of return to BP Marsh of 25%.
