Ken MacDonald, former executive chairman of Miller Re, has left the broker to launch his own consultancy, Ri3K Consulting.

According to its website, Ri3K will provide solutions for “complex risk-related problems” specifically across areas like “(re)insurance programme design and structuring, risk retention analysis, captive feasibility/re-feasibility, non-traditional risk finance solutions, and insurance or broker procurement.”
