BMS Re has promoted Juan Carlos Gomez to CEO of BMS Re Latin America and Caribbean (LAC), with immediate effect, as the reinsurance broker targets the region as a key territory to accelerate international expansion.

Based in Miami, Gomez will report to BMS International CEO Nick Gillett.

Gomez joined the firm in 2022 as EVP of Latin America and the Caribbean.
