WTW organic growth accelerated in the first quarter, coming in at 8%, up 3 points from Q4 2022 and 6 points ahead of the prior-year quarter.

The growth was driven by the risk and broking division, which reported double-digit organic growth of 10%.

Earnings per share increased by 7% to $2.84,
