Andre Perez, founder of the services group Horseshoe, has launched Nascent Group, a company providing services to the financial industry.

The business has licenced two subsidiaries, Nascent Insurance Management and Nascent Re, a reinsurance transformer.

The announcement comes after news that Perez was launching H2 Group, an ILS-focused technology company.
