AJ Gallagher buys additional stake in Colombian unit from local leader

AJ Gallagher has acquired a stake in Gallagher Colombia from local country head Carlos Rodriguez, this publication has learned.

Sources said the executive held a minority ownership interest believed to be around 20%-30% of the local subsidiary.

Gallagher has one of the largest broking operations in the South American country.
