AIG and Liberty Mutual have been named as the representative defendants in a lawsuit from lessor Rise Aviation 1 and Deutsche Bank.

AIG has been named as the representative for all the underwriters on the hull all-risk reinsurance policy, and Liberty Mutual Insurance Europe has been sued as the representative for insurers on the hull war reinsurance policy.
