Global Aerospace and Tokio Marine named in $220mn aviation lawsuit

WWTAI Airopco, a subsidiary of listed aircraft lessor FTAI, has named Global Aerospace and Tokio Marine Kiln in a new lawsuit launched in the High Court.

WWTAI is looking to recoup $219.8mn from its insurers for the total loss of planes leased to Azur Russia and Azur Ukraine.
