Carlyle Aviation Management has launched a case in the High Court against Axa XL and Liberty Corporate Capital, following several cases already instigated by the company relating to aircraft stranded in Ukraine.

The Irish aircraft lessor is launching the case alongside subsidiary Sasof II Aviation Ireland, and Wells Fargo Bank.
