Ardonagh Group has acquired Netherlands-based commercial lines broker Klap Verzekeringsmakelaar from family office Nedvest.

Klap is based in Amsterdam and distributes over EUR100mn ($109mn) of premium annually, advising SMEs on employee benefits, insurance and pensions.
