Apollo is working to create a global facility for autonomous vehicle (AV) technology as part of broader plans for a new, cross-market innovation consortium within Lloyd’s, this publication can reveal.

At a time when there is insufficient capacity for risks related to AV technology, Apollo is hoping to launch the facility by 1 June, with a long-term goal of providing $50mn of capacity.
