Lloyd’s CEO’s pay package tops £2mn as staff get 5% average salary rise

Lloyd’s CEO John Neal will receive a total remuneration package of £2,085,000 ($2,565,113) for 2022, according to the Corporation’s annual report, while chief of markets Patrick Tiernan will get £1,786,000, as bonuses increased for the market’s strong full-year financial performance.

The accounts show that Neal’s 2023 salary was retained at the same level as 2022, as was the case for CFO Burkhard Keese, whose total remuneration package was £1,630,000 for 2022.
