All segments of the Lloyd’s market contributed to the positive underwriting performance in 2022, which saw the market deliver a combined ratio of 91.9%.

There were positive combined ratios across all reinsurance and primary lines, with the motor segment achieving the lowest combined ratio of 89.5%.
